Audi TT/VW GTI/Jetta/Golf performance Chip upgrade installation instructions
This handout is available to guide you through the steps to upgrade your vehicle to one of our processors. Also be aware that the APR is only a phone call away should you have any questions related to the products of that April.
Step 1: to park the car.
Insure the car is off and the key is out of ignition. Engage the parking brake. (Optional): disconnect the battery cable. A Warning! Before disconnecting the battery to determine the correct encoding of the anti-theft radio.
Step 2: remove the windshield wipers.
Remove the windshield wiper ease removal and installation of the ECM.
Remove the plastic cover of the wiper shaft using a flat head screwdriver. Remove the nut on the wiper arms wiper stalk unbolting the safeguarding of 13 mm. After the nut is removed in order to remove the wiper arm to the arm Mount is wiggled. Note the location of the wiper arm fibres longer.
Repeat this process on both sides.
Step 3: remove the factory Weather-Stripping.
Step 4: Lift the plastic cover over the pollen filter.
Step 5: remove the plastic retainer, finds the location of the tabs
Step 6: pull tab to disconnect the wiring harness to the left and to the left, the Executive Board of the series.
