2008 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA CITY
On the Jetta has experienced a revamping for 2008. The exterior display has been modified, and inside, the radio and the Interior has been changed. The steering wheel is now the same as Jetta's. The engine remains the same, but the automatic transmission option is now six speeds than four. On the Jetta will be offered a four-door sedan.
Interior and trunk
In front of it is easy. The seats are nice, although the long days of driving on the tight, people of average height or less. Is not, however, Provide lumbar support. Strongly built, or long people will find a little narrow seats and cushions, a tad short. Thanks for the seat adjustments and tilt/telescoping steering wheel drivers to easily find a good driving position. Entering and exiting, especially on the back requires a little flexibility. The sofa is a relatively comfortable for two adults, but only if they are of average height, or less, because the head and the foot. Already quite spacious cargo capacity can be expanded by folding the 60/40-Split seat back. When the backrests down pillow, the floor tilts sharply upward in front of the hotel. To get a flat floor in this area will need to turn the pillow, and then remove the headrests before folding the backrest. The trunk is roomy, flat floor and storage bins on each side, very practical. The opening of the frame is good and the cover opens up quite high.
The comfort and safety of
The cottage is very well finished with good materials. Sound insulation is very good, although the engine noise at highway speeds. There are some storage spaces and, above all, a spacious center console. The gauges and controls are well taken, except the Heating controls, which are too low. Radio buttons are small. At night everything except the glove compartment is illuminated.
